Twenty 10

Age 12 to 25. Free counselling for young people who are or may be LGBTIQA+. Booking is necessary. Also provides access to online social support programs with other young people. You can call Tuesday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 1pm to 3pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT).

Victoria

Southeastern Centre Against Sexual Assault and Family Violence (SECASA)

South Australia

Sexual Healthline (SHINE SA)

Age 25 and under. Confidential helpline for anyone to ask questions from a nurse about sexual health, safe sex, sexual assault, puberty and sexual and gender identity. You can call Monday to Friday from 9am to 12.30pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT).

Yarrow Place

Age 16 and over. Health and recovery and trauma safety service for survivors of rape and sexual assault. Offers counselling and advice, group seminars and programs and a 24-hour crisis response line for those who have recently experienced sexual assault. Open 24 hours a day.

Regional Access

Age 15 and over. Free phone and online counselling service for those living in regional, rural, or remote South Australia. Three half-hour sessions are provided (referral to face-to-face psychologist will be given if still needed). Open 24 hours a day.

Canberra Rape Crisis Service

All ages. Provides crisis and counselling telephone support for survivors of sexual assault, their family, friends, or any other close supporters. You can call 7 days a week from 7am to 11pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT).
